Day 20: Singing in Church

Michael bought a new outfit for the Christmas Service: a sharp blue shirt and tie. Joshua was thrilled to wear the tie! "I want to wear a tie EVERYDAY! I look like such a grown-up!"

(true or false: I also wore blue and grey to make the most of our photo opportunity?)

Joshua's best friend.

the number of people may have been a little intimidating...

Day 18: Polar Express Day!
Miss Wendy's class always has a Polar Express Day where they wear jammies to school and have popcorn and hot chocolate. Joshua was very excited about wearing his Minion Jammies to school.

That night when we got home I was making a grocery list when Joshua mentioned that he'd like to make a list. It was a Santa list:

Day 17: Wrap a gift for your Christmas party.

Joshua's class did a book exchange. He wasn't with when I picked out the book, but he got to pick the wrapping paper and wrap the book to give to a friend.

Day 14: Play dough with Christmas cookie cutters

I didn't wait until the table was dry before I got the play dough out. It was pretty sticky, but they enjoyed it!
