Out & About

We are trying to find ways for Joshua to have activities besides school. 

I told him we would go to the Home Depot workshop on the 1st Saturday of the month. We were in the car on the way when I realized it was the 2nd Saturday... Joshua asked if we could go to the library instead. Winner winner for this mama! It was winter craft activity day. Both boys loved it! And we saw friends from school.

Sweethearts

"I guess I'll just pretend..."

Some days it gets Michael more than others and I know this one would get him going, but I had to share.

Joshua put on the Lion's hat and said, "I'll wear the lions hat. I guess I'll just  pretend it's a Packers one."

It made me laugh. 

The following week the Packers were in the playoffs. It was bitterly cold in Wisconsin, but my boys were cheering for the Packers wearing t-shirts. 

Dynamite dominoes

Joshua received dominoes for Christmas. Michael and I were sceptical that this would be enjoyable for Joshua. He proves us wrong. 

He sat concentrating and quiet for a while. 

When I came in and saw his spiral I was amazed. Where does he get these ideas?!? 

Patience trying as they might be, he has said the dominoes were the best Christmas gift he got.
