We took Michael to the airport for a quick business trip that morning before heading off for our own great day.

I handed a crying Silas off to his teacher on the first day of school and it broke my heart. I was running behind and feeling rushed and it wasn't how I envisioned the day going.
Despite the morning, we turned things around and had an a-ok first day.
