Egg-sellent Easter Eggs

I have never dyed eggs with the boys before. I was nervous to do it because of the mess, and the quick hangs of little boys. My mom came down for Easter. With her help the boys and I dyed some eggs. 

The boys decided they liked the blue eyes the best.

It was a mess, but they loved it and I enjoyed watching them. 

Playing in the Dirt

I was thrilled to take my boys to pick out some flowers. 

We spent some time beautifying our front yard. 

They enjoyed it for a bit, but it wasn't long before were anxious to get to the hose.

We were clean when we were done... and we needed some towels.

Back to the Beach

Silas woke up begging to go to the beach as though he had been dreaming about it. I have a feeling he and I share the same happy place.

A Walk to Remember

It's not often that we get to spend one-on-one time together, but we took a walk just the two of us and it was great. No stroller, no bikes, just hand in hand enjoying the beautiful sunny day. 

For such a sassy little boy, this guy has an amazing smile!
