How I wish I would have taken video!! This was a terrific morning listening to Joshua "read" A Whale is Not a Fish. He was very scientific about the whole thing, and the glasses were over the top!!

Beach Week

3 times in one week I packed up my boys and headed for the ocean. It was marvelous!

We brought home nearly a pound of sand between the 3 of us, sun-kissed skin, lovely pictures, and sweet memories.

Family Night

There were 3 consecutive family nights this week. 

Joshua was excited about it. He loved singing with Hannah. We will also admit to beaming with pride as our son sang In Christ Alone confidently knowing all the words. 

Artist at Work

With no responsibilities at school this week we did fun things away from school. Painting was one of them. We were sad Silas missed out but that's the way the day went.

Wind tunnel

Two sheets and two fans made a terrific fort! I saw it on Pinterest and couldn't help myself. While Silas was napping Joshua and I tried it out. I must admit I think I liked it more than he did...

Produce!!!

Produce is a hot commodity at our house. Michael and I were bringing in the bags of groceries when we came through with arms full of more bags there was Joshua gobbling up grapes -- as many as his mouth could hold.
